25-Year Limited Lifetime Residential Warranty

This SPC flooring is warranted for 25 years under normal residential use. The warranty covers the structural integrity of the flooring, ensuring that it will not delaminate, warp, split, or wear through to the underlying surface. The following conditions apply:

• The flooring must be installed and maintained according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Any defects or damages caused by improper installation, accidents, or misuse are not covered.
• Natural variations in color or texture are not considered defects.
• Claims must be submitted in writing, and defective planks must be inspected prior to installation.
• Damages caused by natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, hurricanes) or extreme environmental conditions (e.g., hydrostatic pressure, excessive humidity, or extreme temperatures) are not covered.
• Normal wear and tear, including gloss reduction, surface scratches, and minor scuffs from daily use, is not covered.
• Damages caused by improper maintenance practices (e.g., excessive water use, abrasive cleaning products) are excluded.
• Any alteration of the flooring product (e.g., cutting, sanding) voids the warranty.

10-Year Limited Commercial Warranty

For commercial applications, this SPC flooring is warranted for 10 years under normal use in light to medium traffic areas. The warranty ensures that the flooring will not wear through to the core material or suffer from structural defects such as delamination or warping. The following conditions apply:

• The flooring must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
• This warranty does not cover damage due to heavy traffic, adhesives, or improper maintenance.
• Gloss reduction, surface scratches, and incidental wear in high-traffic areas are not covered.
• Claims must be made within the warranty period and include documentation of proper installation and maintenance.
• Damages caused by natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes) or extreme environmental conditions (e.g., excessive humidity or temperature changes) are excluded.
• Any damages caused by placing heavy objects (e.g., kitchen islands) on floating floors or using the flooring in areas not recommended (e.g., saunas, pool areas) are not covered.
• Damages caused by insect infestation after delivery are excluded from this warranty. 

General Warranty Conditions (Applicable to Both Residential and Commercial Warranties)

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
• It is the responsibility of the installer or homeowner to inspect all planks prior to installation. Installed defective planks will not be covered under this warranty.
• Liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective products only; labor costs or consequential damages (e.g., secondary property damage) are not covered.
• Claims regarding defects or performance issues should be made directly with the original point of purchase and must include proof of purchase and documentation of proper installation and maintenance.
